River Pointe Logistics Center LLC will continue their testimony regarding their request for a Special Exception to permit disposal of general industrial waste effluent from RPL Center –and possibly outside areas as trucked into UMBT — onto neighborhood acreage that is zoned R1 Residential as sold to them by former Upper Mount Bethel Zoning Board Chair Ron Angle for over 3 million dollars. Attend to see how the current UMBT Zoning Hearing Board will address this matter that will affect the entire Township forever.
